CNYFSC Indoor Youth Soccer Leagues

2026 Fall/Winter Session I

League play begins November 7th!

Registration is now open for the CNYFSC's youth indoor soccer leagues! With clubs from all over Upstate New York, our leagues provide a competitive environment to develop your team's skills from the comfort of Syracuse. Please see the below details for more information!

Please note: This is for team registration only. Individual players can click here to register for our CNY Youth Soccer program for individual players.

Boys & Girls Full Field Leagues

Age Groups:
U8/9 Co-Ed, U10-U14 Boys & Girls, JV/Varsity Boys & Girls

Game Times:
Start times range from 8:00 AM to 10:00PM.
Younger leagues normally play early in the morning/afternoon, older leagues play later in the afternoon/evening

Format:
U8/U9 - U14: 7v7 (6 field players + 1 goalkeeper)
JV/Varsity: 6v6 (5 field players + 1 goalkeeper)

Goal Size:
6.5ft tall x 12ft wide

League Fees

• $50 discount if paid in full by Friday 10/30.
• Teams must be paid in full prior to the start of the third game.
• A $250 deposit is required before the start of your team's first game.

League Details

Game Day:
Games will be held on Saturdays

Guaranteed Games:
8 games (no playoffs)

Potential Game Dates:
11/7,11/14,11/21,12/5,12/12,12/19,1/9,1/16,1/23,1/30

Game Length:
Two (2) twenty-four (24) minute halves

Rosters & Waivers

All teams must submit a complete roster no later than the start of the first game. Players are not allowed to play on two teams in the same division within the same age group. (A player may play in two different divisions within the same age group.)

Rules of Play

The CNYFSC follows the 2025-2026 FIFA Laws of the Game, as well as the U.S. Soccer Concussion Initiative.

Levels of Play

Club Division
Teams with competitive experience: Premier, Select or Club teams.

Recreational Teams
Teams with limited competitive experience, beginner teams etc.

Our priority is to place teams in the best possible environment. In some cases, we will have 2-3 divisions per age group. However based on the number of teams, we may only have one division. The CNYFSC staff will build teams if needed to create divisions for all teams. Our goal is to ensure the league experience is enjoyable for everyone involved.

Schedule Requests and Cancellations

We strive to provide the best possible customer service by honoring all reasonable schedule requests. However all schedule requests must be submitted when registering your team online. There are blackout dates and time requests options on the registration form.

If you have a time request and it is not honored, we will make the game up. If you have not submitted a schedule request and you cancel your game, we will not make up the game. If you have a game scheduled and the opposing team cancels, we will do our best to get a team to play against you or you can use the field for a free training session.

The only way that games will be cancelled by CNYFSC is if the NYS Thruway is closed at Exit 39 due to inclement weather. If this happens, it will be posted on our website and all teams will be contacted. We will do our best to make up affected games.
